Product Description:
408H Silicone Super Spreading Agent is a kind of polyether modified trisiloxane, is a silicone surfactant with super extended wettability. 408H infiltrant at 0.1% concentration (wt.) can reduce the surface tension of water to 20.5mN / m, which can effectively reduce the contact angle of the spray liquid and the leaf surface, thereby increasing the spray coverage. In addition, 408H spreading agent can promote the absorption of pesticide sprays in the leaf pores, in this way to achieve resistance to rain washout, thereby increasing effectiveness.

Product application:
1. As a tank-mixing spraying aid: 408H spreading agent can increase the spray coverage area, promote absorption and reduce the spraying amount when used as a tank-mixing aid. For best results, the pH value of the spraying aid containing 408H should be between 5-8, and it should be used within 24 hours after configuration.
2. Use of pesticide formulations: 408H spreading agent can be added to the pesticide stock solution, because the silicone surfactant will hydrolyze under acid-base conditions, in order to achieve the best effect, the pH value of the pesticide formulation needs to be adjusted with a slow-release agent to 6.5 -7.5. Generally, the amount of 408H added is 0.5-8% of the pesticide stock solution.
Application guidance:
Generally, 5 grams of 408H osmotic agent (4000 times) is added to every 20 kilograms of spray liquid, and the mixture is used immediately. If you want to promote the absorption of systemic pesticides, further improve the efficacy of pesticides or reduce the amount of spray, you should increase the amount of 408H spreading agent.
In general, the dosage is as follows:
When using, dissolve the pesticide first, add 80% water to mix, then add 408H osmotic agent, then add to 100% water to mix. When using 408H infiltration agent, the water consumption is reduced to 1/2 (recommended) or 2/3 of the conventional amount, and the dosage per unit area can be reduced to 70-80% of the conventional dose. Use a smaller aperture nozzle, spray Speed up properly.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 200 kg, 50 kg, 25 kg plastic drums or other, stored in a dry and cool place. Shelf life is 2 years.
