1.Making polyfoam gasification mould
2.Polyfoam gasification, combine the moulds then dryin
3.Spraying fireproof paint on the surface of polyfoam mould, then drying again.
4.Put the special sand box on the three dimensional vibration compaction stage
5.Filled the sand box with dry sand, then strike-off
6.Putting the dry polyfoam mould on the sand, then fill different sand according to the technological requirements
7.Strike off the sand box after the process of vibration compaction
8.Covering the sand box with plastic sheet, Put down the pouring cup, connect the negative-pressure system. Then pouring steel liquid,the polyfoam disappear, the steel liquid take place of the polyfoam.
9.After casting condensation, release the vacuum, then take out of the castings
