Basic working principle:
The main molding machine is located underground for vertical production. The steel mold is a closed structure formed by the combination of the integral inner mold and the integral outer core mold.The vibrational energy used for compaction comes from the central vibrator of the large excitation force.The central vibrator is locked in the inner core mold through mechanical expansion block.
