Apodaca rose to TikTok fame in 2020 when he uploaded a video after his car broke down of himself long-boarding through Idaho Falls and lip-syncing to Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams' as he sips Ocean Spray’s Cran-Raspberry juice.

Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, Shakira, Jimmy Fallon, and Jimmy Kimmel recreated the clip.

Since taking over TikTok, the Idaho Falls native launched a merchandise line and has gone onto do some impressive TV gigs, including starring in commercials with Snoop Dogg. He even appeared in US President Joe Biden's virtual inauguration parade.

All numbers correct as of August 10, 2022.

Apodaca's net worth in 2022 is estimated at $900,000 [] according to wealthyricheleb.com.

Since his rise to stardom, the humble TikToker has swapped his motor home for a five-bedroom house. He paid for the property with $320,000 in cash.

Brands have jumped at the opportunity to work with 'Dog Face' including a collab with Lux Longboards when it launched a limited-edition electronic longboard. He has also posted ads for Xbox, LG, ASOS, and Idaho Potatoes.

Apodaca was born on October 24, 1982 and raised in Idaho Falls. The 39-year-old's father is of Mexican descent while his mom is from the Northern Arapaho tribe in Wyoming.

Apodaca is engaged to girlfriend Estela Chavez who he met at his old job on a potato processing factory. He popped the question last year with a 3-carat diamond ring worth $22k.

He has two teenage daughters Angelia and MaKyla from a previous relationship, and recently had a baby boy with Chavez.

Apodaca has come a very long way since uploading his long-boarding video and has proven to be much more than just a social media star.

The TikTok star revealed that he was sleeping in a tent in 2019 along a dirt road on the Snake River in Idaho Falls. He eventually landed a job with a seasonal Idaho wildfire fighting camp crew and bought a motorhome which parking outside his brother's house.

After his online success, he gave the motorhome to Outdoorsy, a rental company, so fans could get the chance to spend a few nights in the iconic vehicle. All proceeds from the rentals went to charities that support Idaho’s homeless.

Apodaca used his new income to buy an embroidery machine so he could learn to make his own merchandise. He stitched his 'Doggface' logo into Dollar Store beanies.

“I went and bought myself an embroidery machine with my taxes," he told the Los Angeles Times. "I started making beanies, and I made like, $1,000 off those beanies, man. And it was crazy. After my machine paid for itself, I was rolling for a minute.”

The nickname 'Doggface' is a tribute to American rapper Nick Dogg whose real name was Nathaniel Dwayne Hale. The rapper was nominated for four Grammy Awards between 1995 and 2007.

Hale died in 2008 due to complications from a stroke and heart problems.
